Ingredients:
  • For your smoothie:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh papaya
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2/3 cup very cold unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 fresh lime, juice & zest
    For your toppings:
  • 1 kiwi, chopped
  • unsweetened, shredded, dried coconut
  • a few extra fruit pieces for texture

Instructions





  1. Start by preparing your fruit: wash, rinse, and chop pineapple, papaya, mango, and banana.
  2. Peel and chop the kiwi.
  3. Set aside a few extra pieces of each fruit as you may want to decorate your bowls before serving.
  4. In a blender, add pineapple, papaya, mango, banana, cold coconut water, lime juice and zest.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour this mixture equally into your serving bowls.
  7. Add toppings of choice as shown, serve and enjoy!
